341 over in N. district of Georgia...

I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as bad as I'd been picturing! Instead of one big room there were about four or five average sized office-type rooms, each one with a trustee at a large table and about ten or so chairs in front. The rooms were down a short hallway off the beaten path, so to speak. The questions were pretty basic, although he did ask me to send a copy of my tax return to my attorney once I'd finished it. He also asked for three months of bank statements.

Overall it was much less formal and stressful than I had envisioned it in my head. If anyone has more specific questions I'd be happy to answer them!

Did the trustee ask for pre or post filed bank statements? Just curious, because our trustee did not ask for anything, including 2009 tax information (we are getting a refund, so we obviously get to keep it). Are you going to be able to keep your refund (if you are getting one), or is the trustee taking it? and whatever happens, good luck to you.
