My 341 is Thursday, I am getting nevous. Pacer doesn't show any new entries, does that mean no creditors are showing up? I haven't heard from the Turstee either, is that normal? I haven't filed my taxes yet but will owe this year anyway. My atty said to just bring drivers liscense and ss card. Hope it goes like everyone here tells, un-eventfull.

Nothing in PACER does not necessarily mean that no creditor will show up - it's not like they have to RSVP to this party, it's an open invitation! But it is my understanding that creditors showing up is actually pretty rare. None showed up to mine, and I really expected one of them to be there. Breathe. Relax. So many people get so worked up about their 341 and it is pretty amazing what a NON-event it normally actually is.

We have our 341 on Thursday also. Trying very hard to put it in the back of my mind. Difficult though. Keep thinking of the what ifs. I keep telling myself...."it is what it is." I will answer truthfully and go from there. We know we will be asked if there is a change in income. The answer will have to be yes. Hubby got a new much better paying job, after we filed. Attorney says this may push us to the 100% payback. That is ok. We are prepared for it. But, if trustee objects, I want to really go back through the expenses with a fine tooth comb. Things are a bit different now.....DH drives 500 miles per week for work, increase gas usage, increase wear and tear on car. He needs more professional clothing....suit/tie.

So, we shall see.

Oh yeah, it was kind of funny. The trustee wanted me to modify my budget because my cell phone bill dropped by like $35.00 per month after I filed. (I switched to a different carrier.) So fine. I also amended it to put in the increase that happened to my insurance at about the same time. The net change to my budget was less than $5.00. Talk about petty. I was also ordered to modify my budget within 30 days if I get a new job. Oh you bet your sweet buttons I will. Cost to drive, wardrobe, makeup, shoes... uh huh. Every dime will be accounted for in there. Don't short yourself if you have to file an amendment.

Just got back from my 341. Very much a non event just as tigergem said it would be. No mention of the equity in vehicle, and not reaffirming anything. 2 min tops. Strange, two people didn't show up! He called their name, and then declared the case continued to April 1st. At least that is what I think happened. It is bitter sweet now, bitter that I had to do this, but sweet that I was able to get a fresh start. 60 days and waiting...

It is a great feeling to be finished the 341, isn't it.

We had ours this morning. 4 minutes TOPS and no issues. Now, 60 day wait.
