just came back from bk court & my 341 was smooth. and i was able to keep my tax return. ^_^

so heres comes the 60 days. ~~~

Congrats! I'm hoping to be able to keep part of my refund as well. Were you even questioned about it by the trustee? My attorney seems to think my trustee might not even ask about it...I find that hard to believe at this time of year but am crossing my fingers.

when the tt called me, i gave my id, ss and refund to him.
i'm guessing that he was surpise that i gave him the refund check.
he didn't ask anything, when the meeting was over, he just gave it back.
and said "Start saving now"
