Well....let me start off by saying a BIG thanks to this board! We were well prepared and ours went off without a hitch. 
However, the ones that we watched before us- yikes!
After today, I have confirmation that there is an abundance of stupid people existing in this world.
The trustee became very impatient with all those that try to lie and hide their assets. It was amazing to watch stupid case after stupid case. Honestly, I actually felt sorry for some of their attorneys, (who seemed equally suprised and dumbfounded at what came out of their mouths!) ~ they really made their attorneys look like fools! LOL.
By the time they called our names - the trustee almost seemed relieved. We dressed modest/neatly and had everything ready and organized. We were honest and didn't try to hide anything. Although we were over the median, nothing was said. Overall, just the bare minimum questions were asked and we were done.
Now.....we wait for the forclosure timeline. We just stopped paying last month and we plan on staying until the very end to save money.
