    Receipts for purchases?

At the 341, do the Trustees/Court ask for receipts for food, clothing, other out-of-pocket expenses? We have some, but, have learned to pay cash for everything. Don't have alot of receipts.

We both smoke, a pack a day, and have a 50 year old home that will need repairs. Have dental issues, etc. Some of the expenses are 'looking to the future' type.

We are filing Chapter 13 in PA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably not. As long as the trustee has no issues with your expenses, the trustee probably won't ask at all. If they do, your attorney will probably be asked in advance of your 341 for more documentation.
