Any experiences in Sacramento that can give me an idea of what I'm looking at? 341 hearing is next week (filed ch. 13 on 1/4). xxxxx is the assigned trustee.
Thanks!

No direct experience with that trustee, but I've been to the courthouse. The room is on the 7th floor, down the end of the long hallway. There is a waiting room outside, and then a bunch of chairs inside the actual hearing room. You can go in and listen to the hearings before yours to get an idea.
You can also read up on the general hints around here. The best ones I can pass along are:
1) Answer Yes and No to everything, unless asked to explain further by the trustee. Don't volunteer ANYTHING. It's really easy to say something silly up there when you're under pressure.
2) Make sure your paperwork is in order. If you have an attorney, he/she should be on top of it. You don't want any surprises at the meeting, so make sure that your attorney is aware of anything that might be strange.
3) Be honest. Easiest way to go, and plus, it's the law anyway.
4) Bring copies of any paperwork that had to be submitted to the trustee, just in case they didn't get them.
5) RELAX! It's not near as bad as it sounds. Chances are you'll be up there less than 5 minutes.
Oh, and one more thing, if your meeting is in the morning, watch out for the traffic!
