How long did you have to wait for your "scheduled" 341?

    How long did you have to wait for your "scheduled" 341?

    I've looked on Pacer and it looks like sooooo many people are scheduled--like 6 per block of 30 minutes (6 at 9:00am, 6 at 9:30am, etc). So is it likely that this drags out all day long? How can 6 be done in 30 minutes????

    Most people are in and out in under 5 minutes if there are no issues in their case. We were scheduled for 8:00 a.m. with a group of 10 or so people and were out the door and on the road by 8:20.

      We had 6 people scheduled in our time slot from 3:00pm-3:30pm. The trustee was finished with time to spare.

          If you click on the Reports link at the top, it should be under calendar events.

              My 341 was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. There were ... I guess... (sorry barely remember) 3 or 4 people there ahead of me for 341's. We were all done by the time the sheriff threw us out of the building so she could go to lunch. 11:00 or so. I was last. There were no hearings scheduled for the afternoon. A lot of people that weren't there while I was waiting for my 341 returned for the consumer ed class after we were allowed back in the building. Because of the class being free and all, I stayed. It was a 3 hour class. So I ended up being there just about all day.

                I was scheduled for 9.30am and I certainly didn't notice that it was much off-schedule. I don't know how early they started.
