341 for Eastern District of California

My wife and I have our 341 meeting scheduled in March. Does anybody have any experience with Trustee Jeffrey Vetter?

I'm waiting for my 341 date, mine will also be in the Eastern District of California.

we live north of Bakersfield in Shafter, but yes, the meeting is being held in Bakersfield. When is your 341 scheduled....and I assume your Trustee is the same?

The trustee's name is Michael Meyer. I'm still waiting to get my date. We might have the same date.

Keep me posted and I will do the same for you. Our 341 is set for 3/17/10. As of right now, we are a no asset case. My biggest fear right now is the trustee scrutinizing my schedules (I) and (J) and trying to find disposable income and force me into a chapter 13. I will keep you updated.

I'm using Vince Gorski as my attorney. My attorney says everything should be fine and I shouldn't sweat it. I'm not hiding anything and I'm stating everything as it should be. Hopefully all goes according to plan.
