I Had my 341 Mtg in Denver today.... I was about 4th in line..the first 3 cased were people represented by counsel (they didn't do anything !!) they pretty much let the debtors ramble on.... anyway they all went well... then the 4th couple was an elderly Asian couple that paid $400.00 to a service to prepare the BK... only one problem, they were not legally married.... the Trustee dismissed the case, Oh and they were they only case that had a creditor rep present.... BUMMER !!
