If there is going to be a problem, do you usually know about it before the 341?

Would love for someone to put my mind at ease that no news is good news? Our balloon on our second came due right after we filed. We have renegotiated as per our attorney, but have to wait to sign papers til after the tt sends the letter of abandonement. It's just got me concerned now. -
Hopefully no creditors show up at your 341 meeting and it will be uneventful and as long as the Trustee has easy questions and you don't have any red flags for him to bring to the table you should be OK... No body can know who will show at this meeting, cross your fingers and hope for the best, just keep us informed... wish you luck...Comment

I'm not really worried about creditors showing up as it's a cc debt, but I'm concerned about this refi. Is the tt going to be interested in the new terms, or only what was in the paperwork when I filed?Comment
