Getting nervous, can't wait for the day to come and go
Hope all goes well for our Ch7.just wondering if TT will take our tax refund what a great way to start over if we can keep it since it'll be around $2500 with 4 kids and hubby being laid-off right now

If TT wants your tax refund when you file your taxes do you still do direct deposit then write them the check for that amount or mark return for paper check?

we got a general letter that said TT maybe interested in you 2009 refund do not spend it I know BK lawyer put on petition to expmt it but amount was left blank...

I was so nervous, wish I wouldn't have wasted all that time. Yours will go fine as well, if your honest and straight forward!
We did not hear boo about our taxes, our refund is scheduled to come next week, and I'm using it to pay a month mortgage, and put what little left in savings.
Yup, even after BK we're still broke, but the light in that tunnel is getting brighter every day!

Just an update.....
Sweated and lost sleep for nothing ....
our trustee was very nice and in great talkative mood
we are a no asset case even keeping our primary and rental house along with 2 cars one paid for one paying on
she said with us having 4 kids and hubby being laid off she wasn't interested in our tax refund ( and this year it was bigger then usual)
here's to the 60 day club.....
