Hi 1st post, I've been reading for months and this forum is very helpful.
We had out 341 in Eugene, OR today. It seems like everyone there dressed down for the occasion. I think we were the only case there that was a 13. I'm pretty sure we were the only ones with an attorney. Our attorney couldn't be there but one of his partners was there with us. We started right on time at 1:30.
It went pretty smooth. The trustee asked for a copy of our current property tax statement because we are doing a strip of our HELOC. I had that with me. The trustee asked our attorney to amend a few things. Nothing major.
He did raise our payment from $1165 to $1190 but then he said that we may not have to do a ful 60 month plan. Fingers crossed.
It looks like the only thing that may be a problem is my husband's 4-wheeler. The trusteee gave our attorney a mini lecture about listing them as "fun vehicles". Hopefully it won't become a problem. Our attorney thinks it will be fine.
Our conformation is 2/9/2010, so we should find out soon.
