First, let me say that it does help to be there earlier and listen to some other cases. The bankruptcy administrator(yes, I'm in Alabama) stated to everyone that she was going to ask about our tax returns for 2009; and we should check with our lawyers to see if some can be exempted because if not, she gets it..(Thank God that we exempted it...)Every case was pretty much simple, with the exception of this one lady, who apparently has an old house that she only owes a little amount on(like maybe 5 or 10 thousand, but the tax assessed value is like 35,000); so, you know the administrator was like the trustee is probably going to want to sell it. Anyway, she was told to get a realtor's value of the home. So, now on to us....
Good Morning
State your name, address, employer, monthly income...
Is xxx amount of your assets the only assets that you have?
Have your name been listed on any other houses, land, property in the past 4 years?
Have you given anyone any money or paid any money to anyone in your family?
Do you expect any inheritance in the next 6 months to a year?
Thank you and Have a Great Day....
I'm so glad that is over....
