So we had our 341 meeting on 12/22. I was surprised to walk into the hearing room to find the trustee w/ his feet proped up on the desk. Other than that the meeting was pretty straightforward. The couple before us got grilled for not being familiar w/ theri petition and not knowing that a trailer they own was not protected. I appreciate all of your advice.
