Also I wanted to say this board and all the contributors have given me the confidence to go forward with my Chp 7... I have my 341 meeting on this Thursday (12/10) so I will let you all know how it goes... A co-worker had her 341 two months ago and all that was asked was are the schedules correct and are you planning on staying in your home? Hope I have the same questions, but I do have a different trustee than she had.

Thanks Kaliansmon04! I hope it does go smoothly tomorrow and it should. Will let everyone know what happens here in the Eastern District of California. My attorney said I only need to bring my drivers license and SS card, no bank statements (as they were provided at filing), but we'll see as the six months of statements I provided her were up to the filing, but didn't include the filing date balance. She said it isn't needed so I guess I shouldn't worry! I did get my direct deposit paycheck the day it was filed (she knows that, too), but I'm a little concerned about that. I guess most everyone gets a little nervous before their 341 hearing due to the unknown factors and what questions will be asked.
