Plan confirmation in a Chapter 13 can take anywhere from 4 to 12 months after filing. Chapter 13s are much different than a Chapter 7 and you typically wouldn't be asked for additional bank statements or even income statements after the 341 Meeting. Most Chapter 13 Trustees do, however, require a copy of your federal and state income tax returns and may require you to surrender all or a portion of any refund.
