Wells Fargo Private Student Loan **DISCHARGED** W/ Twist..
Good evening folks,
I new to this forum...
I recently filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and received a discharge of my Private Student Loan over 116K.... Here is the magic question......
My father who is a co-signer filed the same Chapter 7 in 2011 discharged in 2012 was not granted a discharge per Wells Fargo....
However on his FINAL NOTICE OF DISCHARGE Wells Fargo is listed and they provided no representation during the meetings of creditors...
Can anyone offer any assistance as to what I should to go get my father off this loan as I was just removed today...

**PS - It was determined the school I attended was a "NON-QUALIFYING SCHOOL" if that means anything....
