Sallie Mae after Ch7 Discharge

Hi all! First time posting.

Sallie Mae locked me out of my student loan account shortly after filing ch7 back in February and I have been unable to access my account since. My case closed June 5th and the website says I must call them for further assistance. I am reaching out here to see how others experiences went. Good/Bad? What should I expect when I contact them?

This is really nothing. Your loan automatically went into forbearance when you filed. When you are ready to continue paying, just call them. Your online access may need to wait until your case closes (not just the discharge), but you can start paying at any time! Just call them.
