Thanks, Keith. I am surprised that they can improperly default and there is nothing one can do -- seems like they deprived me of rehabilitation rights, etc., nevermind the fact that it was improper in the first place. Why bother having a contract at all if they can just do whatever they want, and why have rules of good faith and fair dealing? Crazy. How do we private chat? I would greatly appreciate that.

Thanks, HHM. Although initially they proceeded to collect during BK despite the auto stay, the default occurred post BK in trying to fix it from out of that wrong state and into an in-school deferment status. Thanks again.
