Wyotech Discharge
Hi,
I've just petitioned for chapter 7 bankruptcy today in Sacramento, California. I had a debt to Wyotech in Fremont, CA (Under Corinthian Colleges, which btw fell off in the ) in the form of a tuition balance owed to the school, taken care of by an attorney by the name of Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, out of Slidell, LA. They say that I cannot receive any transcripts until the balance is paid off. This is just an account balance that has no backing by the government.
I've done some searching on the web about this ordeal and it seems that Has anybody had any a similar experience with this kind of situation? I plan on going down to the school tomorrow or Monday with my bk papers and informing them of the automatic stay so that I can go back to college.
