    Oh yes, definitely agree with that. Most of the people who work at my school are morons and you won't get anywhere with them.

      I agree Dumpinmydebt. No one ever seems to know what is going. I have even filed out the same form 4 different times. I finally called my lender to see if they got the forms the school was supposed to send and they had not. I called the school back and finally got the forms sent to my lender. The problem with my school is there is so many councilors in that one office, but you can never speak to one, but only one person is over sending the forms off for the school. I still have not figured out what the other people do in the office.
