I submitted an email to my attorney tonight on this. I am supposed to submit a BK claim from my trustee stating I am able to borrow money from the school. My expected discharge date is 7/28. I told the school I will be discharged shortly, but they still want this report from the trustee. Has anyone had to submit this to their school? I am a no-asset case and had my 341 meeting on 5/28. The trustee stated all the normal information on my pacer report and is done with my case on his part. Only one claim was submitted on my case and the creditors claim was dismissed due to lack of funds.
