Sallie Mae not reporting after ch 7

so im having a miserable time getting my credit report straightened out with sallie mae, experian shows them being paid on time and discharged or transferred/sold; equifax and transunion show them as only transferred/sold. i have been paying all 3 on time since they were opened, i have disputed them all and they still report as transferred/sold on equifax/transunion and will not remove the transfered/sold ones from experian that are the same as the ones that show paying as agreed. anyone have this same issue? monday evening sallie mae is getting a very unfriendly phone call from me if i cant figure out a better way before then, its been a year since discharge and i do this every 3 months...its getting old quick, thanks for your help in advance

You can read many personal Sallie Mae horror stories here - http://www.consumeraffairs.com/finance/sallie_mae.html . Unfortunately you aren't alone trying to be reasonable with them and getting nowhere. Sallie Mae is loan sharking at its finest.

Read here about a Sallie Mae lender who finally had enough and is taking them to court - http://www.ripoffreport.com/loans/sa...te-l-qfb26.htm

yeah, ive heard plently of horror stories, i havent had any in the past til this one, my interest rate is actually really low (3.25% for private and 7.25% for federal) and i havent missed a single payment since i started paying on them, my nightmare is getting my credit reports straightened out...everything adds up, except my credit report...they are reporting to one and i have all my receipts for payments and bills so i have proof its mine and im paying it, just not showing up, and they arent fixing it...
