They call every 15 minutes!!!! I have talked to them and they are sending hardship papers because I have been out of work for 12 months. They told me the calls would stop because of the paperwork being sent. Well the calls started again and I just recieved the papers in the mail 2 days ago!! I explained this to the guy on the phone just now and he basicaly said O'well they will keep calling to hold up there end of the federal student loan code???? and he asked me for my lawyers info and my case number, which I have given them 3 times allready!!!!
