I lost my job last year, and I can not roll it over as my new employer
will not let me for at least a full year of employment, and what little
I do have can pay off some bills, but I keep after 401k to send my
check so I can move on, and they keep stalling.
401k keeps saying i filled out the paperwork wrong, and it is not legal for them to tell me what I did wrong, is there such a law? This is my 401k - how can they not tell me what I am doing wrong? I feel that I am the one getting the shaft here....
This is your money, because you are doing something wrong, the law says
that we can not tell you what you are doing wrong....
What do you guys think?
