I understand how you feel, we feel the same way...but our sanity was worth more than re-living all the crap .

You still haven't even notified you lawyer of the situation? I would at least give him a heads up....we called our lawyer EVERY time JBC called us..our lawyer's office got fed up of JBC harassing us, and called JBC themselves. Your lawyer knows all the "big legal words/terms" to use to scare AMO...lol
Brief your lawyer and see what and who is in the wrong.....Verizon or AMO? Then concertrate your battle against them.

    good luck

I sent out a certified letter to AMO this morning - we'll see what happens.
      BK filed Oct. 05
      Discharged June 06

Post BK (pre-dispute) scores (as of 8/15/06):
      Equifax: 549
      Experian: 545
      TransUnion: 554

      SPAY/NEUTER your pets!!

One female cat and her kittens can theoretically produce 420,000 cats in a 7 year period!!! SPAY/NEUTER!!!!

Indoor cats live an average of 17 yrs, outdoor only 4 yrs - you do the math.

Why don't you at least send a copy of that to your lawyer, too?

Like Pink mentioned, even if your filing was last year and you are discharged, this should be documented/placed in your legal file at the law firm. At some point there may even be a class action lawsuit against Verizon or the collection agency, and if your lawyer gets wind of it, he could see $$$ coming his way as well as yours. It could be just sent to him/her with a FYI note saying you thought he should be informed.

Hopefully the cert letter you sent (very well worded, by the way) will get them off your back.

Thanks! Yes, I think I'll do that - just make sure he has a copy for his documents.
