I applied for their CashBuilder card and was initially declined. I called Underwriting, and spoke to a gentleman who said that there was quite a bit of time between my bk and now and I have done a lot in ways of improving it. He approved me for $4500! 
I would have just been happy with 1k, tbh. I was under the impression that PNC is not kind to BK'ers and blacklists even if you never BK'd them. I did a little research on the net and I think what may have been a factor are my accounts. I have had their Virtual Wallet since 2011, have their top tier checking account, and have never overdrafted, accrued any fees, etc. Either which way, I am pretty pleased.
