I have been having an endless battle with TransUnion and Experian, so far Equifax has corrected my disputes with one shot, the other two however cannot get it correct. Post discharge, all showed my leased and financed car with Ford Credit as being included in my BK, well I signed reaffirmation agreements, only one was brought before the judge (financed car) the other was not. Still though my lawyer said I am liable for the leased car since I signed the "re-assumption" and they have not came to repo it nearly 2 months since discharge. I have been current on both, never missed a payment. So I think this should report as such.
Anyways I have attempted to clean up my credit reports, TransUnion removed the leased account totally from my credit report, and Experian reported it correctly then flipped flopped and reverted it showing "Reaffirmed" but it is in the "Negative" category with a date of 2020 stating when it will go Positive? I am like, what is going on here, negative accounts should be ones that are included in the bankruptcy correct?
I contacted Ford Credit, they told me to send them all credit reports and info so they could look into it, which I have done. So now it's a waiting game, obviously all of them contacted Ford Credit, but why one can only get it right is beyond me?
I have used up my free annual credit report till 2014, so I had to pay $11 to pull my TransUnion after the fact.
I have to admit this has been way worst than filing BK, attending the 341 and awaiting discharge without a doubt.
