TransUnion and Experian Not Helping Me Rebuild!!

I have been having an endless battle with TransUnion and Experian, so far Equifax has corrected my disputes with one shot, the other two however cannot get it correct. Post discharge, all showed my leased and financed car with Ford Credit as being included in my BK, well I signed reaffirmation agreements, only one was brought before the judge (financed car) the other was not. Still though my lawyer said I am liable for the leased car since I signed the "re-assumption" and they have not came to repo it nearly 2 months since discharge. I have been current on both, never missed a payment. So I think this should report as such.

Anyways I have attempted to clean up my credit reports, TransUnion removed the leased account totally from my credit report, and Experian reported it correctly then flipped flopped and reverted it showing "Reaffirmed" but it is in the "Negative" category with a date of 2020 stating when it will go Positive? I am like, what is going on here, negative accounts should be ones that are included in the bankruptcy correct?

I contacted Ford Credit, they told me to send them all credit reports and info so they could look into it, which I have done. So now it's a waiting game, obviously all of them contacted Ford Credit, but why one can only get it right is beyond me?

I have used up my free annual credit report till 2014, so I had to pay $11 to pull my TransUnion after the fact.

I have to admit this has been way worst than filing BK, attending the 341 and awaiting discharge without a doubt.

If you signed a reaffirmation but then you didn't want the vehicle, you had 60 days form the time or singing or discharge, whichever came later. I don't understand why you kept the car you did not want. A reaffirmation agreement is not binding until that 60 days has elapsed.

In any event, the only thing you can do is work with the creditor and try writing the credit bureau. Typically, things done online are also processed electronically, so the creditor may be automatically responding with the data. Experian is not flip-flopping; it is being "re-reported" by the creditor. This is why it is important to go after the creditor themselves with a letter, a copy of the discharge, and that letter should contain an explanation and demand that the credit entry item being removed or corrected.

No, I wanted to keep both cars that was the plan.

The issue is they were not discharged in my bankruptcy, if I did not keep the cars, I can see the negative report but I did not do this. So they should report accurately.

      No, Experian did flip flop.

Original report was reporting incorrectly, showed both vehicles as being discharged in my chapter 7 which was no correct, I disupted online and they sent me a confirmation number, from which a dispute resolution came, said that it was complete and when I reviewed my credit report both were reporting correctly, a couple of weeks later I got another confirmation, for the disupute saying it has been updated. I checked my credit report and sure enough they changed it.

Ford Credit said to send them the credit report and details for review, I sent both my TransUnion and Experian, Equifax fixed it on the first try no issues.

So I suppose, Ford has their wire's crossed, if they do not resolve it I'll have to get my Lawyer involved since I signed a reaffirmation agreement and it should be reporting as a positive record.
