My wife and I are about to file for a BK 13 mostly due to a large priority tax debt and we flunk the means test. Its probably not important but we have a few unsecured debts (charge offs) that are due to fall off in November and then a few more around March of 2015. Do those debts re-age in the BK?

No they shouldn't but keep an eye out on them when they do update To IIB. They should NOT change the date of first default. -
Thank you, exactly the information I was looking for. My credit isn't that "bad" so as soon as I complete my 13, I want to start getting on with my life and eventually own a home. Aside from an auto loan, I haven't used credit since early 2008.Comment
