Non reaffirm home equity continues to report on credit bureaus. Opinions please....

Hi everyone, Long time lurker but first post. Non consumer 7 discharged 4-1-11. Thanks for all your valuable information I have read in the past. I have a question I can't seem to find a an answer for.

A home equity loan I have on a rental property thru Chase continues to update my payments every month. Showing no lates for 5 plus years. My concern is, since they are updating every month and the remarks do say chapter 7 bk in the remarks section of its trade line. Yes, I'm glad they are reporting my timely payments but it is also making the BK remarks fresh every month, which I think is hitting my score pretty hard with the recent BK remark. My understanding, which may be wrong is that scoring models will pick up the recent BK remarks, which will overshadow the positive payment history.

This account is under my adverse listings on my CR. I have done extensive searching without results. Thanks

Non issue. The BK hit comes from the Public Record entry, not the trade line comments or status entry.

The status or comment section only affects your score when it changes.

Now, the various "flagging" services that report adverse listings will read it as an adverse listing because the payment is getting update, so as a whole, that trade line appears as a recent event, but for scoring, if the comment stays the same from month to month, nothing really changes.

I had a reaffirmed car payment and paid if off, never was late , still showing IIB as negative, I disputed it finally with all 3 bureaus, I said it is being paid now and is no longer included in bkprty. I wanted the status changed to unrated. They did nothing the first time. About 3 months later I disputed again.
All 3 bureaus removed it totally so I have one less negative. I had other postive installments so I was ok with it coming off totally.
