Hello. I filed for CH 7 in Feb 2011. I am now reviewing my credit report to see how I can improve my score. My bankruptcy is listed on my report. However, there are also 4 credit cards reporting late pays from before my bankruptcy. These cards were paid in full and closed before I filed.....Therefore not included in the BK. My question is....should my BK have erased the late pays from my record? Or because they were not included in the BK will the late pays stay on my record?
