    Doing the happy dance!!!

After almost 7 long years our BK 13 is finally off my CRs!!!

We filed 10/1/2005, and when I ran my free annual reports yesterday, they were gone. YAHOO!!!

The one exception was Transunion, who still had it listed, but with a "scheduled to be removed 09/2012" comment. I called and spoke to a woman who removed it within the hour.

My hubbys report also had the public record still on two of his CRs, but i am confident those will be removed soon.

We had a joint auto loan which is reporting as a charge-off as of last month, but I have submitted disputes on both of our CRs. This acct was IIB, and was not reporting this way in the past. Not sure how this happened, but will be happy when that last negative is gone!

Feeling a big weight off my shoulders!!! Also VERY glad I started cleaning up CRs a few years ago.

Chapter 13 stays on only for 7 years, unless it is dismissed, and then it can remain on for 10 years, like a Chapter 7.

Just noticed from your signature that you are almost through your plan! Congratulations!! It's not an easy road for sure!
