We had a leased vehicle we turned in February 26, 2010 per our attorney who we retained on February 10, 2010. Stated in our bankruptcy papers, Lease will not be assumed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 365. BK was discharged August 2010. Just pulled a credit report and is shows a balance of $1,723.00, account status opened, payment status current with last reporting of August 2012. Should we leave this alone or should we dispute this. Thanks in advance. ~C~
