Rec'd discharge, credit report info is WRONG...what to do?

First, thanks so much for all of the contributor's to this board. It has been very helpful to me through this difficult process.

I recieved my discharge last week and today I finally sat down to analyze my free report online. I used annualcreditreport.com and it said i was looking at Equifax. I checked both mine and my husbands. Of course the hubby's is fine and all reported corrected as IIB. Mine had 2 incorrect. One was one of our larger credit cards with Citi Cards and it shows as PAST DUE. The other is a chase card which shows CHARGE OFF.

First, what do I do? This debt was included in the bankruptcy. Do i just send them a copy of my discharge? Is that all it really takes? Also, what is the best/fastest way to dispute....phone, mail or online?

Do I need to call Citi cards and/or Chase?

Thanks in advance for any response!

Quickest way to get it resolved is to call the two lenders directly. if that doesn't work then dispute them with a simple letter to all three bureaus. No need to send any supporting doc at this point. credit bureaus will contact creditors directly and they should fix.

It can show "charge off" in that case as well, but if an account was IIB, it has to show that on the CR, no matter what its status was when the OP filed. So "Charge off-IIB" would be the correct reporting - only "Past Due" or "Charge Off" without IIB-notation is insufficient.
        Filed CH7 9/24/2010, 341 on 10/28/2010, Disch.&Closed: 1/6/2011. FICO EX: 9/2: 672.
        FICO EQ: pre-filing: 573, After BK Public Record: 568, 10/3: 673.
        FICO TU: pre-filing: 589, After BK Public Record: 563, 9/2: 706.

ok thank you. Is the best thing to do is send them a copy of my discharge via certified mail? I don't have a printer at home so I am unable to print my report to make a copy for them. Do I need to do that or when I provide them with my social sec # will and the name of the creditor will that be enough? Do I need to include anything else?

I would call the credit bureau directly and try disputing it , they will explain what is right or wrong. i spent several months disputing with EQ and only made my score worse. Finally I called and understood. They can and will continue to report chargeoff if it ws a CO before you filed. They just have to show zero due.
