Does anyone know the Florida Statute for vacating a judgement? I called the clerk of court and no one seemed to know information on it. She just told me I would have to pay $50 for the case to be reopened and the judge to look at the information.

After handling this issue for almost two years, I'd recommend you check out this thread. There are actually many other threads about this topic - but there is a lot of wrong info (posted by myself, too) out there as well. This thread, however, sums it up quite well:
