    Voluntarily dismissed CH13

I voluntarily dismissed my case right before my 321 a few years ago. Since then I have been able to pay/negotiate all of my debt direct . Problem is the bankruptcy is still showing as a record and dismissed.

Is there any way to petition the court to remove this from public record?

I also have several released tax liens that I would like to make disappear somehow.

    Any advice would be appreciated

You filed BK, that is a matter of public record. It does not matter how the case ended, that it was filed does. I have heard after 2 years you can get it removed via dispute as it is not validated electronically and the courts in most cases don't pull paper records for cases over 2 years old.

I have not done this so it is only what I have heard.
    3/2/09- Filed: chapter 7 / No asset
4/1/09- 341 Hearing: 1 creditor showed up Got to love family feuds
4/2/09- Trustee Report of No Distribution Filed
    6/24/09- Discharged and case closed

This was the type of advice I was looking for and I hope you are right. It was 2 years as of February this year. I just disputed online with Transunion.
I will update to see if it works. Thank you for the possible solution
