If you live in the Minneapolis or Seattle areas or work for the US Air transportation industry I highly recommend Wings Financial Credit Union. My bankruptcy is almost two years old and I was approved for a credit card. The limit is low, but the great thing about this card is that its a fixed 11.9 apr (8.9 if youre better qualified) and there are no fees (penalty, balance transfer, annual). This is definitely better than any product CapitalOne, Orchard or any other bank offers to recent bankruptcy applicants. I emailed them before I applied and so long as your bankruptcy has been discharged, every application is considered and the analyst advised me that after 6 months of history the account will be reviewed for a CLI increase.
