Hi All
I need a little help, I have two last things to clean up on three of my CRs – two cards from Chase both listed as C/O sold to other lender – updated during disputes to paid for less than total balance.
Both cards were IIB – in fact Chase file claims against my estate and was paid a % of my one asset.
Here’s where I need help - When I pulled my claims register from PACER I see that the claims were from the JDB Capital Recovery not Chase - there is a remark that it was the Chase cards. The JDB Capital Recovery never posted to any of my CRs just Chase and prior to the BK Chase just had me listed a C/O with a million lates.
Chase was IIB, they were on my matrix and received electronic notices regarding the BK – aren’t they required to list the accounts as IIB regardless of wither or not they sold the debt?
I am working on my "fix this or I will sue your a$$" letters this weekend as I finally got a name @ Chase to direct my disputes to.
