Yup! Some "third party scores" consider the amount of available credit and the utilization - FICO only considers the utilization.
Interesting because my utilization is still less than 1% but it was a large credit line. I think it was 10K but I still have 64K of available credit with a total of $417 used. CreditKarma must not like the drop in available credit.

That could be. I'm using the service from USAA and one of the reasons they list why my score isn't higher are the low CLs on my CCs and the resulting lower amount of available credit.
They even come up with that reason if I keep my utilization below 3%.
