Credit report using Discharge Date for Mortgage and Filing date for credit accounts

Experian using discharge date for mortgage to start the 7 years listed in Chapter 13. Mortgage payments were made on time during the 5 years of Chapter 13. But were considered late until arrears were paid back. I thought that payments made outside of BK were considered on time and arrears paid inside of BK plan were not. Starting of the 7 years from discharge date will cause this to be on my credit report for 14 years. Responce from Experian is that the last date of delinquency was when the arrears were paid causing the discharge date to be used instead of filing date.
