Discover Card has made my life hell, although I owed them less than 9K. Since losing my job they have hounded me mercilessly, filed an injunction against me, and now they have garnished everything in my checking account. I don't know what they think I am hiding, because I have no job, and no assets (unless they want my rusted out 1987 Toyota Camry). It is because of them I am filing for bankruptcy. They are vicious.
