Reaffirmed debt

How does a reaffirmed debt show on your credit report? I reaffirmed my home loan but on credit report it says debt discharged under chapter 7.

I reaffirmed my auto loan and it shows as "Reaffirmed" in the comments nothing about IIB; otherwise the payment history, balance and payment amount show like any active trade line.

We reaffirmed our mortgage also. It showed on our credit report as included in bankruptcy. When we disputed that showing that we had reaffirmed (then sold & paid off the house a few months later) it came back as showing late every month after the bk discharge then charged off the month we sold it (for a profit & we were never late). We provided the satisfaction of mortgage, but they wouldn't change it. We should have left well enough alone I think
