Here's the update with apologies for not doing this sooner. The credit reporting agencies took the initiative after I sent them each 20 pages of documentation in large manilla envelopes with CMRR. After 30 days, I just received a 20 page report back from the one which had the worst data. Everything was corrected or removed. They really make you go through hoops. I need to now wait to see if it sticks. If it doesn't, then it's back to the bankruptcy court.
Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10) Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Ok that's great! What of the evidentiary hearing? Did you take that information to the judge or continue this or dismiss the complaint for the time being or what? Hadn't you already reopened you bk for this? And did it cost you anything to do that? (Nosy little thang ain't I?)
