Credit report disputes -- did I do right?

Just pulled my Equifax report from annualcreditreport. Planning to pull from the other two agencies and hoping to avoid purchasing a monitoring service.

There were several mistakes -- but overall not bad I guess.

Our rental mortgage was listed as a 0 balance and IIB
Our rental credit line showed as an open account and past due -- filed an online dispute and said was IIB.
Our home mortgage was listed correctly -- but showed up twice -- showing me was 7 negative accounts and should be 6. I disputed this and explained that the info was correct but that it shouldn't be listed twice.
One credit card showed as a charge off with the amount - not IIB. I disputed this - but this card had started the process to sue us before we filed. They dropped it as we filed the day after we received the summons - but how should this really read? I put on the dispute that it should be IIB - but wondering if the charge off notation can still be on there since it did charge off before we filed.
Our second credit card has disappeared. No data on it at all -- it was about $25K so surprised that it's disappeared but just keeping my fingers crossed it stays that way.
My Lowe's card is reporting correctly - 0 balance and IIB.
But my car payment -- we reaffirmed the loan and have never been late on it. It's reported as IIB. Disputed this online as well.

Is there anything else I should be doing? Wait and see the response from the online dispute. And everything should be listed as IIB - right? The car payment should be listed as paid as agreed since the loan was reaffirmed, right? And can that one credit card still show the charge off even though it was IIB?

Thanks for your help! I didn't buy the score yet - figured I want to get everything fixed before I bother. The score my attorney pulled for me right before we filed was 525.

Do I need to go the monitoring service route? Just hate to spend the money if I don't have to. Should I space out pulling my credit reports from the other agencies to every four months? Or should I just pull them all now and start working on getting them all repaired at the same time? My concern with doing that is that I can't look at them then until another year.

A bankruptcy stays on there 10 years I believe - so I would think it's gonna be a negative for awhile.

Strangely enough the credit card that was showing as a charge off on mine -- when I pull my husband's credit report, it is showing correctly on his as IIK. The card that disappeared on mine is also missing on my husband's. Hoping it doesn't surface down the road somewhere.
