I have received copies of my credit reports from all three bureaus and have just typed and printed out a 4-page letter of corrections to TransUnion including 17 different items that were wrong on my report. No wonder my score sucks so badly. Experian seems to be the only one even coming close to reporting correctly. Equifax is just as bad, if not worse, than TransUnion. Say a little prayer for me that my efforts make a difference.

Why not use their (TransUnion) online dispute form? It's simple, quicker, and alot easier than typing everything out on paper and mailing it to them. I did everything online with TU and got 4 items (3 judgements!) deleted. One creditor even updated their entry as paid and close instead of IIB, which was a $12,000 balance. Not sure why they were so nice but I'll take it!printed out a 4-page letter of corrections to TransUnion including 17 different items that were wrong on my report.

How in the world did you get the judgments deleted? I thought that if judgments went through before your BK was filed, you were stuck with them on your credit report. Did you have the judgments vacated or something? I'm curious because I have a judgment which was entered before my BK. The BK took care of the judgment as far as my not having to pay the debt, but it is still on my CR. What was your situation? Thanks in advance for answering.Comment
