Debt included in Bankruptcy, account charged off

My experian credit report shows this for one of my creditors. Is this OK?

Yet another creditor shows "Petition for Ch. 7 bankruptcy, account charged off.

Should I dispute both of these?

yes because you want it to report included in BK and not charged off. Charged off implies no action was taken on your part and the creditor simply wrote the debt off...I have been fighting one of credit cards for months but they will not budge because in the midst of the BK and before it was filed, they sold my account to another company....

Thanks edwards2. I will try and dispute this. One is with MBNA and the other creditor is Chase so I will send them out a letter.
