Does anyone else have issues getting these online? I go to annualcreditreport.com. I have no problems with TU but the other two - for some reason they ask the verification questions and then direct me to a mail-in form. It is incredibly frustrating. I ran into the same issues with the EQ online dispute form. My husband was able to access his report directly to select the accounts to dispute - his dispute has been pending for a few weeks now so I am guessing they're actually working on it. Whenever I try to do the same their system tells me they're unable to verify me and they direct me to an online form where I have to fill in the account numbers which are impossible to find - I tried the "secured" versions of the account numbers too - and I always end up with an e-mail about 24 hours later saying my dispute is complete and the results are that the account numbers I provided are not reporting.
I guess I will have to start doing everything by mail, including requesting the free CR. Better buy some stamps.
