Just wanted everyone to know that I too had my entries showing on chexs removed due to BK. All I sent was a notice of filing and a letter. Now I can get in w/ a CU! So happy for the fresh start.

There are sample letters online. You basically state that you have filed bk include your case number, and that your requesting all entries to be removed from you report. I listed each bank, but also wrote to remove all entries from my report prior to filing BK.Filed:11/2010
