After recently reviewing my credit report I'm not sure if these entries are being reported properly.
Capital One (authorized user on wife's acct).
Even though my chapter 7 filing date was 12/09, this entry has "Items As of Date Reported" as 01/2011 and "Date Maj. Del. 1st Rptd" as 02/2010. Now I'm almost certain that they aren't supposed to report the delinquency after the filing date but can they continuously report this to my report after the filing date? My wife's Crap One account shows on my report as the reported date of 12/2009 and no major delinquency date entered. It does show IIB.
Chase (authorized user on wife's acct).
Date reported 12/2009; Type of Account - Revolving; Type of Loan - Credit Card; Whose Account - Association Terminated; ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Account Closed By Credit Grantor; Credit Card; 120 Days Past Due: It then show the account history with status codes. Even if it shows the account is closed and my "association terminated", would this be any worse than if it shows IIB?
